Evanescence

Content in my center

    I rennounce the need to engage.

Sitting in stillness,

    allowing for peace,

I do not crave,

       nor do I struggle.

Open mind, quiet heart

           Witness all else melting

Naturally, freely, opposition

    fades away.

In the midst of it all,

   Tao shines without

          casting shadows.
